Located in walking distance of Dallas' staple restaurants, bars, shops, and DART train all within 2 miles. This backyard could not offer a better hangout spot - enjoy the pool, grill, outdoor TV, daybed, as well as countless yard games! Treat yourself to a beautiful weekend away, you won't regret it!

The home was infested with ants! Sitting on the sofa inside and suddenly ants are crawling on you! Mattresses were poor quality. Kitchen was ill-equipped, only 2 dinner knives , no serve-ware. The outdoor furniture was torn and moldy.. The gas grill tank was empty so we filled it only to discover that the grill itself was non-functional. The pool was cold and cloudy. When I reached out to the property owner he didn't bother to reply to my message. The sidewalk is a slip and fall hazard because mud from the yard is caked on to the sidewalk. All in all soooooo disappointed. Such potential but the home has been left in total disrepair.

Beautiful house, dirty unusable pool

This is a great house with a a good location. We really enjoyed the pool table and large family room for our girls weekend. My primary complaint was the state of the pool— the mildew and green tint were disgusting. It was obvious that the pool pumps were not working. We picked this house for its location and the pool and we were unable to use it. I messaged the property manager through the VRBO app about the state of the pool and did not receive a response.
