This nicely owner maintained Eastham home is minutes to all bay and National Seashore beaches. New to the rental market summer “2022”
This three bedroom with loft won’t disappoint!
After a day at the Beach head to the back deck for a BBQ and
S’mores in the new fire pit! Large yard with privacy. Open concept kitchen and living room. A step down and you are in the family room with Roku streaming smart TV. Xfinity internet. A/C wood floors, beach chairs, coolers and beach floats.
An easy bike ride or drive to Eastham beautiful national seashore. Fresh water ponds and many seafood restaurants near by. Easy access to route 6 and close to Orleans for shopping.
Linens are renters responsibility or an added $200.00
3 queen beds and 2 twin beds make this place comfortably for two couples or a larger family. A cleaning fee of $200. This rental is Sunday to Sunday.
