This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
On the top floor overlooking a garden setting, Unit #363 has a great ocean view on the private quiet side of the complex.
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai or at the poolside Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds.
Unit 363 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen Smart TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; full-size fridge with separate freezer door (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs available.

Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 363 and be lulled to sleep by the peace and ocean sounds only Kaua'i can offer.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges. * A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key. * Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

The condo is in a great location with an excellent view of the ocean. The condo itself is needs updating. The bed was not very comfortable and has a foam mattress topper that is way too soft plus the sheets do not fit, constantly coming off.
I loved the condo! I could sit in bed and watch the waves roll in, the sunrise, and fall asleep every night to the white noise of the surf.

Room was very cozy and had everything needed to enjoy the weekend. My only suggestion would be to have more pillows available in the room. Just the two wasn’t enough but even though, it was well maintained.
We stayed at the property for a few nights. While the unit is small (it is an efficiency unit), it was perfect for two people. The unit is close to the pool and right at the beach. The complex is within walking distance to a coffee shop, market, shaved ice stand, and several restaurants. The location was perfect if you are wanting to explore a lot of the island!

I loved this place, its on the 3rd floor nearest the Lava Lava Beach club! Food and drink is literally within a few feet! The only thing I wish was better was the air conditioner! It barely worked, so we mostly just turned it off and had the doors open! Absolutely recommend.

Great ocean view. Needs more up keep espically in the bathroom and linens. Bed is very uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows total so bring you own. Staff was very responsive to our needs.

This unit has a stunning, unbeatable view! Most of our time was spent on the patio, enjoying the scenery and people watching.The unit was clean, check in was easy, we would consider staying again (we do tend to like to cook our own meals, and that was a little complicated here just with the size of the kitchenette, but it did have everything necessary if we had decided to try).In addition to the views, the unit shines in location. Easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace and many really great restaurants, which is part of why we chose to stay here. It's quickly become our preferred area in the island after over a dozen trips.The only thing I will say is this is not a ritzy, fancy resort, but we were not looking for that experience. We found the unit to be comfortable (even though it is showing some signs of wear), clean, and actually pretty quiet, and was a great fit for our stay. The grounds are also beautiful, and we had some nice walks!
