When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous person's stay. There were used towels and toiletries in the bathroom, food and rubbish still on the bench and coffee table, and bedsheets had not been changed. We were unable to contact host quickly, and so booked a separate hotel. Host has since apologised, but when I contacted them for a refund, has not responded.

Hi Iris, We just wanted to say we're terribly sorry about the incident. We got our cleaning schedule all mixed up and ended up not cleaning the apartment when we were supposed to. We've been hosting for over 7 years on various platform and this has never happened so it's very unfortunate that it's happened to you. We've processed the refund so hopefully you have received it. We will make sure this thing will never happen again. Once again. we're very sorry.
