ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repair on the Ocean/Marina-facing side is nearing completion, but intermittent noise disturbances may still occur during work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we wrap up this phase of the project. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by late Spring 2026.

The Ilikai Marina located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd on the 15th Floor.

Great location between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana areas! Even though it was raining the majority of our visit - we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every day. We enjoyed our extended stay and really felt comfortable, safe and we look forward to going back again soon!

The last two days of our stay, the unit was uninhabitable due to very loud, persistent drilling noises from above. Very annoying. Please refund two days of rental expense.

Exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed our stay more than we thought we would. It was quieter than we thought it would be, being so close to bustling Waikiki. This condo faces the ocean and harbor which we loved, but it also reduced the noise. We loved watching the sunsets, the boats coming and going, the fireworks, and being able to walk everywhere! The building is older, but i think it helped reduce the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and view

Very clean little condo with an excellent view of Ilikai Marina and the ocean. Walking distance to beaches and shops, food and coffee. Wish we could have planned a longer trip. Highly recommend. Plan to pay for parking.

Exactly as pictured. Check in & out was simple. Balcony has an amazing view. Only thing we struggled with was keeping the wifi connection on the TV, but other than that it was great

Views are great and it’s super convenient to Waikiki, Ala Moana Park/Beach and shops. If you have a car, parking is super easy for $1 an hour at the Marina/ beach or in the garage in the building. As a solo traveler I felt safe here.

Fabulous view in well equipped space

Great location with fabulous view over marina. We were working on a boat in marina so this was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. There are beach chairs, towels and soft cooler.. The unit is updated EXCEPT for the old squeaky spring style bed. We told the managers that it must be replaced. Everything else was awesome so I hope the owners upgrade the bed. Easy keypad access, good laundry available with app pmt. we had a very nice stay. Thank you

We enjoyed staying here but a few things need to be addressed. The balcony was filthy from grime, the blinds leading out to the balcony were broken and we had to put a sheet over the couch because it was dirty. Also, the description stated beach chairs were included, this was not the case, they were full size fold up chairs. Overall, we loved staying here and would stay here again.

It is filled with light and the view from the balcony is incredible for sunrises, sunsets - any time of day really! It is an older building but the building is well maintained. We found the condo very quiet and liked the easy access to the beach / lagoon. We had a tiny issue with Wi-Fi during our stay and the response was extremely quick and solution provided quickly. I mention this not to complain about the issue but to highlight the responsiveness with which it was solved.

Not bad

The check in is simple. The building is old and not as clean as it could be. The walk to the best part of the beach is long and arduous easy to uber to best part of the beach (Dukes, my opinion). The view over the Marina is nice. I prefer just the ocean wich means staying farther south. Parking in the unit is expensive. The bed is worn out. The sleeper in the main room is not very comfortable and it would be nice if it were because it’s nice to look out the balcony (tiny balcony) while you lay around. I would stay in this same unit again so it’s not bad but a few changes would make it better. BTW the bar on the 1st floor is great to spend a rainy day.

The property and stay way was good. Good View but still had few issues

Hi, The stay was good but ran into few issues. There were some hairs on the sofa in living room. We have to clean it. There was not enough condiments in bathroom for stay. We were told that they just provide small amount. We need to buy our own for few days. The dining table glass was not glue/put together. Mistakenly, it popped up few times when we put pressure on one side and we spilled the food. The bedroom mattress is so bad and making lots of squeaky noises. Myself/Spose felt lot better in Sofabed then queen bed. Good things, the Balcony view was great, Enough towels for 3 of us and beach towels too. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook couple of times. Parking Garage was good option to park compared to other rental doesn't have any parkings. Walking distance to restaurants and beach area.
