Our company, Piperbear, is a collaboration between me (Nicole) and my husband, Greg. We have owned and managed residential properties since 2012. In 2017 we began converting our most well-located properties to furnished, short-term rentals and vacation destinations. We love sharing our spaces with guests from around the world.
Why they chose this property
This special property has a huge yard and tons of privacy while still being right in the heart of the best part of Anna Maria Island. The patio, pool and hot tub are great spots to relax after a day at the beach. Canal access makes it easy to launch your kayaks or SUPs to explore the canals and see the wildlife. While we do not allow boat mooring at our dock, we do allow you to park your boat and trailer on the gravel out front so you can launch it from a public boat ramp each day.

Our home has a cozy, homey vibe with personal touches missing from professionally managed houses.
