About this property
Snow Creek Lodge - Roam Property Management
A great place to call home while you enjoy Yellowstone AND the surrounding areas! We offer our guests the opportunity to stay in this custom vacation home built in 2014. For anyone wanting the 'mountain country' experience with a comfortable, nostalgic, western flare. The home is located on a 1/2 acre lot in a small subdivision, just 8 miles from West Yellowstone. Upon first entering, its' open concept kitchen/dining room features 14 foot walls with a double, gas fireplace that separates the great room from the kitchen/dining room. The home is all on one level. Past guests have been in awe of the unique character instilled in the design and the spacious openness and wishing they had planned more vacation time to enjoy the home. The custom finishes throughout are of reclaimed wood and the earth tone colors incorporated in the décor give it a warm nostalgic feel. The views from the large great room windows and the front patio are of the famous 'Lionhead' Mountain. There is air conditioning but is not always needed due to cool summer evenings. A gas firepit (available May 1 - November 1) on the large back patio is a great gathering place at the end of the day for s'mores and stories. The home comes with a single-car garage for your use. Our winter guests are just a quarter mile from groomed snowmobile trails, snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the national forest.
*Although 4 wheel drive is not required to get to the house, we definitely recommend it for our area from November - April, as road conditions are often "snowpacked and icy".

Wonderful property for our family. Misquotes prevented us from enjoying the great outside space as much as we wanted, but the location to Yellowstone NP well made up for it.
Amazing place to stay, it was everything it said it would be and more! Great views, close to West Yellowstone town and entrance to the park! It was very clean and had all the necessities we needed for our stay! They host was quick to respond to any questions we had, within minutues!!Could not be happier with our stay and will be staying again!!
Snow Creek Lodge is beautiful and was perfect for our 5-couple “Framily”! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. It was easy to get into town for some really great restaurants and easy to reach the West Gate. Beautiful area!
We really enjoyed the stay. It had everything for our group of 10, games for kids, cooking utensils, indoor/outdoor dining - all in a beautiful house! Also very convenient to West Yellowstone and the park entrance. Great place!
Group of seven stayed for four days of snowmobiling. House was clean, roomy and just as advertised. Beautiful stone fireplace (two sides) and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Property manager was extremely responsive to a couple of very minor issues. We will definitely be back.
The house was perfect for our family. Really enjoyed our stay. Our main plan was to spend time in Yellowstone NP and this was the perfect base for us to do that. Great layout, kitchen was fully equipped and the covered porch/BBQ area were great to use. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
This cabin was perfect. So clean, well stocked and great location. We loved it! Also, the communication with the renter was great. We highly recommend!
Beautiful place it looks exactly like the pictures. The location is about 7 miles away from West Yellowstone town center and the entrance to the park. Clean, nicely stocked. Really appreciated having a washer/dryer. Highly recommend would be happy to visit again.
What an amazing place to stay! The home was perfect for our group and convenient to every place we wanted to see. Had friends with horse trailers staying at Diamond P Ranch so it worked out well. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place.

Beautiful home with tons of space. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed both the gas grill and the fire pit. So close to Yellowstone NP West Gate entrance! Perfect for our group of 8 adults!
Overall speaking, this was a very nice place. The location is not tooooo far from the West Yellowstone downtown area. So, it was pretty easy to get grocery and all the necessities. The only drawback is that if you are there to visit all the different parts of Yellowstone National Park, it is probably better not to stay here the entire time because it is far from the east side of the park like Lamar Valley. But this house itself is really nice!
We did have a pretty rough first night there though. It was mainly due to the broken heater. We were traveling with my parents who are in their 80s. My mom was especially weak and thin. She felt cold when the temperature is below 70F. Anyway, when we entered the house the 1st day, it felt cold even for me. We checked the thermoset and it showed 60F. We turned on the heater, but the temperature remained 60F even after a few hours. So, we contacted the owner, and she came over to adjust the thermoset setting. She also tried her best to fix the fireplace on the dining room side that was not working (the living room side was working fine). However, after several hours of trying and fixing and waiting, the indoor temperature was still around 60F. So, the owner got us two portable space heaters. However, when both space heaters were plugged in, the electric circuit got overloaded and the tripped the circuit breaker. Good that we were able to find the electric service penal and flipped the switch. Thanks to the owner for the space heater!
We stayed at this house with 2 other families while visiting Yellowstone. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect for our needs: private bedrooms and bathrooms, with a beautiful kitchen and living space for time together. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy mealtimes after our long days of sight-seeing. The owners communicated well and were available as needed, and the location was absolutely perfect-so close to the West Entrance of the park. Highly recommend!!
The planning of the lodge was very well thought out. The location of the rooms and gathering areas were perfect. It has a large, beautiful fireplace right in the middle of the lodge. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (We brought our own food of coarse). It was clean, comfortable and beautiful.
We, 11 of us, just had the best family reunion at Lazy Acres. This property is so beautiful and was so perfect with the 5 bedroom suites. Being so close to Yellowstone NP and so many beautiful other sights, we really kept busy. I booked this property over a year ago and I promise you won’t be disappointed with this house.
This trip was everything we hoped for and more. We arrived with the opening of Yellowstone NP still uncertain but Nancy offered a number of suggestions outside the park that turned out to be a silver lining. We had a great experience everywhere we went. Other than the first day of reopening, getting into Yellowstone was a breeze from the house. The house was so homey yet also spacious for 8 adults and 4 children. We never felt crowded. The fireplace(s) were great for warming up on cold mornings and the grandkids loved making smores over the firepit. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Even when we lost the internet on the last day, Nancy was so good about contacting the ISP and helping us power cycle the router to get everything back up. Simply a great property and hostess!
This lovely home was the perfect mountain lodge for our family (10 of us) vacation. Beautiful, cozy, peaceful, well maintained, attention to little details are just a few of the things that come to mind when I think about this vacation home. The owners have gone above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, special and right at home here. The homes design/layout was very well done. Their idea to build each bedroom as an en-suite is genius. Plenty of space for everyone. We just happened to move into this home the day they closed Yellowstone national park due to the flood of 2022. What a great place to spend our time in out of the rain just enjoying our time together playing board/card games. The home is just a short drive into west Yellowstone which is a cute little western town that we so enjoyed strolling around also.
The cabin is beautiful, and the design was very well planned. We loved the en-suites, the large kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio around the fire pit.
