Great location

I rented this home for my husband and three friends for the Kansas concert and they very much enjoyed there stay there. Very clean and huge kitchen.

Wonderful stay

The Guest House was an amazing place to stay. We moved our disagree for a job at CMU and it is in a perfect location and overall a great place to stay. We extended our trip for two days and Ryan was great to work with. It is very clean and overall a comfortable place to stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place in Mt Pleasant

We came up for the weekend to go to a concert at Soaring Eagle Casino. We had a wonderful stay! Great location, very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice stay! Was great for my mother who uses a wheelchair. Loved the walk in shower and beautiful kitchen. Would like to see more basics in the kitchen such as a can opener, serving dishes. Owner was on site but allowed privacy. I would stay again.

Everything was as described in the property details. Very nice and easy walk to down town (about 5-7 minutes); Stan’s, Max and Emily, etc. Plenty of parking too! Would highly recommend, great price too. Will be back.

Absolutely perfect!

I can’t say enough about our fabulous stay at the Guest House. It completely exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. Ryan was a fabulous host and had excellent communication. The house was located in a very cute area of Mt Pleasant and was an easy walk to downtown. I wish we had found the Guest House prior to our daughter’s senior year at CMU. Would highly recommend!

Great cozy home minutes from adventures

The place was so nice they had amenities not even listed and joyful little surprises throughout the house! Even had games, books, snacks, and cards! Hosts with the most and a lovely guest and local recommendation book —that was a fun read! Minutes from everything and quiet neighborhood. So pleasant in Mt. Pleasant !

All around great experience

We needed a place to stay while our grandson was participating in the summer special Olympics at CMU. We searched vrbo and this house came up first on the list. The pictures and reviews were right on. Everything from the host to the house to the ease of getting around town was a great experience. We hope this place is always available anytime we come to town we would love to stay here every time. Thank you!
