Newly built craftsman home, one block from the San Juan River and walking distance to the Pagosa Hot Springs, the shops and restaurants of Downtown Pagosa Springs, and Yamaguchi Park.

This new home is a perfect getaway in the heart of town with rich craftsman detail and woodwork and high-end design and furnishings. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is ideal for a family and friends getaway and offers something for everyone! Take a dip in the San Juan River when the tide is low - it's also the perfect spot for great trout fishing. You'll be walking distance to Yamaguchi Park with playgrounds, grass areas, and sport fields and the hiking, biking and frisbee golf trails at Reservoir Hill. When you're ready to relax, you can walk over to the Springs Resort for a soak in the healing waters of the World's Deepest Hot Springs or enjoy the local “hippie dips” situated on the river like a local! End your day with a stroll along the river and enjoy our local downtown shops and restaurants!

On the main level is the living room that opens to the dining and kitchen area. The living room has a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a powder room. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your at home meals. The master is on the main floor with a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and full private bathroom. There is a laundry area just off the master. You can also get to the garage from just off the kitchen.

Upstairs are 2 other bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a full and a twin bed. Each of the rooms has Smart TVs. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

All trailers, RV's, Campers or other recreation vehicles ("Other Vehicles") must be
approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is not pet friendly.

Great Downtown House

This was a great place for the family to stay for Spring Break. We loved being closer to Wolf Creek than our previous Uptown rentals--a few minutes' extra sleep in the morning--and the garage was a huge bonus. The property was clean and well sorted. The only negative was that the garage door wasn't programmed for us but we figured it out. The property manager was quick to answer texts.

Great location and charming rental

Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen which is a little off-putting at night. The only other thing I would recommend would be adding lamps in the living room and master bedroom. The only option for lighting are bright overhead lights. I can' t wait to come back and stay at this property again!

Nice place

Communication with property, owner and VIP management was fairly easy. When I had actual questions about the IP services, there was a bit of a delay in response. But everything worked out. The property was new, clean, and just close enough to activities to be extremely convenient, but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Although there are trailer houses in the neighborhood, everything still felt call upscale and new at the location. The resident neighbors next-door even shared it with us. They were very kind. Overall, it was the right choice of lodging during our stay in Pagosa Springs.

The rental company was so responsive and helped us trouble shoot a wifi issue (that ended up being our fault). We were so close to everything and within walking distance to the park so the kids could get their energy out early. Some reviews stated that there was no privacy. This has been fixed in all rooms except the from living room window. It was a little strange but not something that hindered our time. The owners have thought of everything else! We will be back for sure.

Beautiful home interior! The upgrade appliances were an added touch. Layout of the first floor was good. Accommodations were upscale and well thought out. Five star for these comments. Other observations and comments:-the house next door was a junk yard of old vehicles! Was a little concerned about who was living there…-the front and side yard of the house we stayed in had not been mowed in months! The weeds were up to my knees. Very messy yard and landscape. -front porch and chairs were so dirty, that I called the liaison and asked for chairs to be cleaned and cobwebs removed. -there are no towel racks in the bathroom. -no living room curtains. Felt like I was in a fish bowl, especially after dark. -there was not a Mountain View, as stated in ad.I’d give above comments a 1 or 2 star rating. Actually, I loved the warm and cozy nature of the house! I was expecting a different experience, based on the amount of money we paid to stay at this beautiful place.

The house probably the cleanest and fully stocked with the basic housekeeping supplies, complete sets of nice dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and pots/pans! Maddie from the management company was quick and friendly to respond to my few questions before arrival. Made our vacation a breeze when we didn’t have to run to store for toilet paper or paper towels! Will definitely be booking again next year!

So glad very did and found this gem. The house is an amazing mountain home. While not on a huge lot it is huge in every other way. We'll stocked, beautiful home, everything was comfy, everything you could want was there. It is right next to town. You could walk or take a short drive. So glad we picked this over the Resort. No loud people, no crowding, just peace and quiet to do what we wanted. We will choose here on our next trip!!

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice, clean, and seemed fairly new. It had all we needed and was only a very short drive to everything. The hot springs were awesome and we found great restaurants too. The only downside was the house has almost no privacy. The big living room windows are only partially covered with see-through shears, and the 2 downstairs bathrooms have windows that are uncovered allowing the neighbors to see inside from their second floor. The neighbors are extremely close too. Other than that the house is lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay there.
