The apartment on the upper floor (82 sqm) is located in the 1. Floor and is accessible via a separate entrance. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and another with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1 person). The slats in the beds are adjustable at the top and bottom. In the bedroom with single bed and in the living room is a flat-screen TV with cable connection available. In the large living room (about 31 square meters) is next to a seating area with five seats still a separate dining area with six seats furnished. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and also has four seats. In addition to the usual inventory and appliances in a kitchen are of course also a toaster and egg cooker available. The bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet. From the living room there is a large, covered balcony (about 11 square meters), which is oriented to the south.
