The flat is designed for 4 persons (extra bed 2 persons possible) and a toddler (baby) and was completed in 2019 (renovated in 2024). The manor house stands on a 2000 square metre plot in a very quiet location. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio, WLAN), kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic oven, refrigerator without freezer, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances [small freezer extra]), bedroom (double bed and tiled stove) children/guest room (2 x bed 90 x 200 and cot), bathroom with shower and toilet, central heating

The community is located between the Prohner Wiek and the Strelasund and has no sea view, Rügen and the Darßt are within easy reach. The Baltic Sea is 5 kilometres away as the crow flies. Fishing enthusiasts can fish well in the Strelasund via the nearby water sports club in Parow, where boats can also be slipped in. Of course, the fish can be smoked or frozen on site.
