Just 3 miles from the head of the Little Toby Trail, this cozy home sits peacefully along Toby Creek. Step outside and enjoy a short 2-minute walk from the front door to watch bald eagles in their natural habitat. Spend the day floating the creek by kayak or canoe (not supplied), or unwind around the fire in the evening.

For adventure seekers, elk viewing and two beautiful state parks are only 20 minutes away. After exploring, you’ll find some of the area’s finest eateries just 5 minutes from the property.

I wish there were more than five stars! This place is amazing and we didn’t want to leave. We came to visit family and it was a great place to host dinner. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and quick to address any questions we had. I hope we get a chance to stay there again.

It's our second stay at this sparkling clean house. Comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The lawn and landscaping are gorgeous! Our granddaughter thought the giant bean bag chair was amazing! We will be back!

This is a beautiful smaller home. It is really nice. Sits on a nice location and the lawn and lawnscaping is impeccable. I will be staying there on future visits if it is available. The inside is very nice and clean. Very comfortable. The host answered me quickly when I had questions. I really loved the place.

Lovely weekend getaway

One of the best VRBO experiences I've had! The home was stocked with everything you could have wanted and decorated with a lovely Fall theme! It was super clean. James, the host, was extremely responsive and friendly! Enjoyed the town of Brockport and the friendly community!

Family Weekend Getaway

We took a weekend trip with our two kids, 6 &9, along with their grandmother. We all loved the house and felt right at home. The hosts truly thought of everything and were very responsive. There’s so much to explore - including an ice cream shop you can walk too; as well as more to see in a quick drive. We’ll definitely be back again!
