Here you see a sunny summer house, which is located only about 100 meters from the sea and beach. The house has a living area of almost 50 m² and is situated on a plot with plenty of space for playing ball. You can also relax on the terrace and in the comfortable sun loungers.
The house is built of stone and has 2 bedrooms and kitchen and living room in one with access to the terrace, which is well screened.
The nearest town is Otterup, 8 km away, where you can find all kinds of stores. Buy cheese, wines from around the world, freshly baked bread and pizza. In less than half an hour by car you can reach Odense, where there are large shopping centers, beautiful parks, countless cafes and restaurants.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar schön und das Objekt ist auch sehr charmant. An der einen oder anderen Ecke hat man aber doch gedacht, dass der Preis (im Juli) für dieses Haus vielleicht doch etwas hoch gegriffen war!
