Maine du Bost @ Monestier / Bergerac

The Maine du Bost estate is idyllically bordered by several hectares of meadows and forests near the center of Monestier in the beautiful Périgorde.

The country house has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an exciting main room with gallery and kitchen, several terraces and outdoor spaces as well as a 17 x 4 meter pool and can accommodate families and groups of up to 8 people. A magical place to relax and unwind.

The house was recently renovated from scratch, modernized and redesigned and furnished with high quality materials. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and its own exit to the garden, where there is additional seating. The huge main room is around 7 meters high, flooded with light and offers, in addition to the luxurious kitchen, seating at the table and couch. There is also an equipped laundry room.

There are several exits to the large covered terrace and the pool deck with its loungers. At the front entrance area there is a small courtyard with additional seating. So there is sun and shade all day long: you can have breakfast in the morning sun, have a glass of rose in the evening at sunset or sleep outside in the midday sun.

The pool and garden are a child's dream. The pool is so deep on one side that you can jump, on the other side it is shallow so that you can play. Parents can swim laps at 17 meters. The garden is so big that you can practice all kinds of sports or go on discovery tours.

There is a lot to do in the closer region. Bergerac is 20 km away, Bordeaux is 82 km away. The beautiful 27 hole golf course Chateau Vigiers can be reached in 10 minutes, the restaurants of Eymet in 20. Countless wineries are in the immediate vicinity and those of the world-famous St. Emilion can be reached in just over 45 minutes. The Périgorde is also very well known for its culinary products.
