This room is only accessible through stairs, and there is a possibility for some noise because this room is located above a restaurant. THE LANDING operates as an AIRBNB property. Staff is not always on site, but always available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property.

zero view from my room, room looked charming when entering but on second glace cob webs, Black hair on the sink behind the bowl, dust that left a ridge on my finger behind the basket of soaps etc, Parking too far away with freezing rain causing thick ice, Sysco food truck off loading at 5 am., garbage truck at 6 am, coffee and the package of additions to it was on the level of Motel 6. Paying and being asked to remove my garbage and dispose of it, move furniture, if it was out of place All this and I payed over 200.00 dollars in the middle of winter in a summer resort town. I was willing to pay but with high expectations to meet the price I paid, it left me more than disappointing. I have been to places around the world Europe, Asia, China, South Pacific, Bahamas, Mexico, Russia, Norway, Sweden,along with many states in the US. My expectations are adjusted by the price point and experience. This location is at the bottom of my list of stays. You would do well to up your game and clean the rooms. and offer discount for the winter months.

Loved the location

The bathroom was really beautiful and the room was quaint! Loved the wood ceiling. The queen size bed was a bit small but bed was very comfortable. If you could keep a quilt or bedspread in the room that would be awesome because the comforter was to hot even with the AC. Loved that the restaurant and ice cream parlor were right downstairs
