Stinkt und ist abgewohnt und dreckig

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft haben wir sofort den Geruch wahrgenommen. Zudem kam schmutziges Geschirr sowie stinkende Zimmer und Bettwäsche die nach kalten Rauch roch. Mehrere Versuche, mit dem Vermieter eine einvernehmliche Lösung zu finden scheiterten. weder fewo direkt noch der Vermieter haben uns geholfen. Wir warnen jeden, der diese Wohnung unter den angegebenen Voraussetzungen bucht. Sauberkeit mit zehn von zehn Punkten anzugeben, ist schlichtweg Betrug.
