The 64 m² spacious apartment is centrally located but quiet. The beach or the center of Zinnowitz are reached within minutes ..   The apartment is located in a villa. It is, as well as the surrounding buildings, by the spa building style of the 19th Century coined. A stylish ambience. Relax after the activities on the island. In 2008, the object was modernized and created four very nice non-smoking apartments (2-room apartments with separate kitchen and bathroom on about 60-64 sqm). It can rent up to 4 people a FW, with 2 extra beds per WE by re-working the sitting area in the living room are possible. The indicated prices include all additional costs.   For our little guests are travel cots (incl. Blanket, pillows and sheets) and high chairs available (available on request). Depending on the current availability, you can also use sand toys or a cart. However, a use claim can not be derived. The bed linen and towels you can bring this with pleasure or for an additional charge (bed linen: 5 euros, towels: 4 euros) handed out (please when booking or Specify departure date).   The existing outdoor area can be used for games and sports. There is also a barbecue area with tables and benches available. Consumables, such as toilet paper (basic equipment available), charcoal etc. are self-supporting.   The payment of the tourist tax is made separately and is not compensated with the rental price.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
