Sandpiper 107 | Ocean Views, 20 Yards to Beach!

Sandpiper 107 is located on the first floor of the back building of the Sandpiper Condos. Enjoy a partial side ocean view from the balcony looking down the lane. Put your toes in the sand just 20 yards away!

The condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen, and new flooring. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 4 seats at the large breakfast bar. The living area offers great seating along with a flat-screen TV with a soundbar and balcony access. The small private balcony has furnished a table with 2 chairs and extra outdoor seating, which offers a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers an attached bath with a soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2 features a King bed and a TV and Bedroom 3 features two Twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/garden tub in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The Sandpiper building includes elevator access to each floor. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.

Great location, easy to communicate with rental agency, clean property and a generous amount of living space to hang out. Kitchen well equipped for impromptu breakfast for dinner when kids were too tired for a restaurant.

This was an excellent location! Steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc! We went SUP, booked massages, and hung out at the beach! The only time we had to get in our car was to go into Savannah for a night!

Relaxed and comfortable stayed in Tybee

We enjoyed the convenience of being across the beach, two-cars parking, closed to shops and restaurants. Pet friendly is a plus. I would recommend staying at this property. One minor drawback, communications felt robotic and not personal.

Steps to the beach

The condo was perfectly located; steps to the beach, my favorite pizza place, favorite breakfast place and shopping. The condo was very livable for our family. I particularly liked the balcony.

We all loved the place. Full kitchen , close to restaurants and the beach. I was not able to be with my puppy though as dogs age less than 1 year not allowed ( even if the property says pet friendly)

Great condo with a nice stocked kitchen beds were comfortable and it was clean. Outdoor furniture on balcony needs replacing was the only thing that I noticed. Great location you can park and never have to get back in your you can walk everywhere you need to go.

Property is called Hotel from Hell in neighborhood!

The washer and Dryer did not work, and when the property management said they would fix then the maintenance department just dumped water into the washer. The dryer didn't work either. We did not receive the extra towels and washcloths as requested.The floor, ceiling, and bathrooms were dirty.The air conditioner would not go below 78 degrees. The heat index was 110 degrees for several days.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Great Location, But Needs AttentionThe location of the condo was excellent and very convenient. However, we experienced several issues during our stay. We were informed the washing machine was broken on the day we checked in, and unfortunately, it was never repaired. The furniture and floors could use a deep clean—the condo felt surface-clean at best.The living room TV was quite small, and the balcony was not as pictured. The outdoor furniture is very worn and faded, with limited space for more than two people to enjoy it comfortably.The kitchen was well stocked, which I appreciated since I cook daily. However, be aware that if the fridge is left open even briefly, it takes hours to return to a normal temperature.This was our first time renting through a company instead of directly from an owner. Tybee Vacation Rentals was okay to work with; I had multiple conversations with them throughout our stay. That said, it seems like the property management doesn’t address overall maintenance and upkeep. I hope the condo owners take a more active role in maintaining their property.

Fabulous,charming,adorable Beach Condo.

Condo was fabulous, spacious, charming,fantastic location. More than enough room for 3 young ladies & 1 gram. Kitchen had everything except Pancake turner,lol. Would stay again, a super short walk to beach, food & shopping. Only complaint floor was sandy & a little dirty when we arrived on Sunday evening. Also at least 4 burnt out light bulbs that housekeeping should have noticed, also 1 trash bag for 2 waste cans. We used grocery bags & took trash out every morning. Very quiet all night, lovely decorations & furnishing. P.S there is no local or national T.V. Coverage only streaming or apps, not good if you like to watch TV .

Our property was fantastic! We loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants and felt we were really submerged into the culture of the island due to the proximity. Unfortunately, we never had a functioning washing machine and as a family of 7 this became an issue. While we started the week with enough bath towels, that quickly was no longer the case due to the 7 of us showering multiple times a day due to sand and ocean water. We called the rental office on several occasions. We played phone tag with service representatives up until the final day when the manager finally reached out. The solution was that we could go to a laundromat and they would refund us. As you can imagine, we did not want to take several hours of a few different days on vacation to do this. I understand that not all properties provide this amenity, which is why as a family of 7, we absolutely seek it out. We cannot go more than two days without doing laundry. In all of the phone calls there was never the offer of sending out a maintenance tech to look at the appliance. We asked if we could, at the very least have new towels. We were told they do not do towel service and could not honor that request. I understand that under normal circumstances, but we had been showering with the same 6-8 towels for 5 days at that point. We have been told by the manager that we are getting an amenities loss refund and that it was processed on Friday. It still has not hit our bank account.
