Pet Friendly 🐶🐱 PLEASE READ
- Only dogs and cats are allowed
- Pee stains are extremely difficult to clean, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 if we ever find any pee stain on any of the furniture or mattresses.
- no pets are allowed to be left alone in the property unsupervised
- pets are allowed roaming freely inside the house / covered backyard but has to be leashed at all time when walking in the neighborhood
- pet fee $150 must be paid and $500 security deposit will be withhold if you are bringing pet, this covers the additional cleaning needs for future allergy sensitive guests.
- ⛔️We will charge a non-refundable $200 for undisclosed pet and reserve to cancel the reservation right away

Towels 🧼
- Please accurately specific the number of guests during booking, each guest will be given a towel and a wash cloth

Non-smoking🚭
- Absolutely no smoking of any kinds in the house or at the front-door
- We only allow smoking in the backyard patio or at the car porch
- Guests are subject to additional $300 cleaning fees if violated

Security Deposit💰
- Security deposit is required for damage protection. We do not possess security deposits, it will be refunded by Airbnb 14 days after checkout.

Checkout/Cleaning🧹
Unlike others, we hire local part time workers, single moms, and people with color. We want to keep the cost reasonable, so we split the cleaning cost with guest

- Please remove used bed linens, pillowcase and towels into the washer, put a tide pod and start the washer cycle in "Heavy mode".
- Please clean up dirty dishes before checkout
- Failure to do so may incur additional $100 charge on top of the basic cleaning fee.
