The balcony allows for observation of the urban surrounding.

Welcome to the ultimate sleeping experience. Brand new 28 cm mattress combined with luxury bed linen and two types of pillows will ensure true rest. Two large wardrobes allow for comfortable short and long stays.

Within 3 minutes of walking you can reach South Park, Paradise Center and a subway station. City center is 10 minutes away via subway. Various groceries, food stores, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, restaurants and cafes are within the same block or the next one.

Paid parking on spot. Green zone (Zelena zona) is paid by SMS to number 1303. Costs 1 BGN per hour and has a limit of 4 consecutive hours in a row.
