About this property
Vacation villa in Teisendorf air-conditioned from March 2025!
The apartment is located in a 1903 built Art Nouveau villa in the DG.
It was completely renovated in 2017 and is now available as a holiday apartment with about 94 m² for 1 - 4 people.
It is located directly on the bike path (Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path) in a very quiet, central location with a beautiful view of the mountains "Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and the Teisenberg".
An ideal starting point for the surrounding bathing lakes, for hiking, cycling and mountain tours as well as for one or the other excursion to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall or the Königsee.
In the immediate vicinity (village center and swimming pool 500 m, railway station 1 km) of our house there are several restaurants, shops and a bus stop (shuttle service). All within less than 10 minutes walk. Also directly at the house we offer you a covered parking space and parking facilities for bicycles.
Our Art Nouveau villa is a Non smoking house and unfortunately no pets are allowed.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that we rent our apartment exclusively to tourists / holiday guests (no fitters)!
Own free shuttle service to and from the train station.
