Ideal for holidaymakers in the Hanover region or trade fair guests at one of the popular trade fairs in Hanover.

The apartment (approx. 105 sqm) extends over two floors with a gallery and a large roof terrace.
It is located on the upper floor and the attic.
There are two spacious bedrooms available, each with 2 beds.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub, and there is another shower toilet.
The kitchen is very spacious with an adjoining dining room.

In the floor plans, it is apartment no. 3, with one of the rooms acting as a storage room and not part of it.

The apartment is likely to be bookable from May 2020 (currently being renovated).

This is an outstanding house to stay at. It has way more amenities then we needed for our 2 night stay but the super clean and modern interior was very pleasant and the reception of Elizabeth was warm and welcoming. Top rating!

Wir hatten das große Glück, während unseres Messebesuchs in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung unterzukommen, und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen. Sie sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles Wichtige zu erklären. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.Die Wohnung selbst war in einem makellosen Zustand – alles blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, schnelles WLAN und viele durchdachte Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten.Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage. Unglaublich schöne Ferienwohnung, die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Modern , sauber und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bushaltestellen werden sehr schnell zu Fuß erreicht, sodass man das Auto gerne auch mal stehen lassen kann. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage

Wir waren zu 4. Gäste in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns super wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Kontakt zur Gastfamilie sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Perle zwischen Hannover und Steinhuder Meer

Die Wohnung hat einen sehr hochwertigen und sehr gepflegten neuwertigen Standard. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön dekoriert und es fehlt wirklich nichts, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zudem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig in einer wunderschönen kleinen Siedlung. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert zu erreichen und überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wie zu Hause

Die Ferienwohnung und vor Allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und die Erklärung der technischen Besonderheiten erfolgte direkt vor Ort. Es ist aber auch Alles in einer Gästeinfomappe mit Ausflugstipps gut zusammengefasst.

Kurztripp nach Hannover

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der FeWo rundum sehr gut gefallen. Nach jeweils ganztägiger Teilnahme an einem Regionalkongress der Zeugen Jehovas, konnten wir dieses durchweg sehr positive Ereignis in unserer feudalen Unterkunft angemessen ausklingen lassen. Die Fewo ist sehr sauber, großzügig eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist vorhanden.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Von der Begrüßung bis zum Check-Out ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, kleine Annehmlichkeiten (Mikrowelle, Sonnenterasse und mehr). Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Ruhig gelegen und genau das was wir gesucht hatten. Den Stern weniger bei der Lage habe ich nur vergeben da für die Fahrt zum Supermarkt ein Auto nötig ist.
