The Space:

Large cottage facing the Red River with access to a nearby public beach, balcony, two hot tubs, and a swimming pool.



The pool is exposed to full sun (unheated, open from 04 May to September 30).



The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 21 people, and a games room has been added.



Kayak rental package available.



It is important to indicate the exact number of people when making your request or reservation.



We are located along Route 117, but there is a noise barrier.

The beach varies depending on the time of year and rainfall. Sand may be more abundant in some years.

The beach will be closed for summer 2026 due to heavy rains. It may return in late August or early September, depending on the weather (no guarantee).

Guest Access:

To stay here you need to:

1- Fill out your contact information.

2-Provide a valid ID.

3-Give a security deposit of $1250 as a pre-authorization on a credit card or a refundable payment, depending on the rental platform.

(If no damages are found after your stay, we will proceed with the refund of your deposit. Note that this may take up to 14 days due to banking delays)

4-Read thoroughly the house rules and agree.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 125$+tx/dog)

A fee of $35 + tax may apply for each additional person is payable starting with the 17th person.



Other Things to Note:

The water level might fluctuate depending on the season and or year. This might affect the accessibility of the stairs and beach. As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



Arrival and departure times are 5:00 p.m. for arrival and 10:00 a.m. for departure. The chalet is very large and we want to give our maintenance team as much time as possible to maintain the quality of the premises.
