Had a great time in the are - visited the Football and R&R HOFs. The VRBO was very comfortable, clean and I had great communications with the owner. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
We stayed here to go to the Football Hall of Fame. The house was so close that we were able to walk to it which was nice. The house was clean and had lots of bedroom space. We enjoyed having two full baths. Wish there had been shower supplies and paper towels to clean up with but overall we had a good stay here.
The home was very nice. Our group of 10 enjoyed our time there (in town for a wedding). We all slept great, even the younger ones in the basement, although they could hear us walking around upstairs on the creaky floor. Both bathrooms were clean and we never ran out of hot water! There was one glitch during our stay but the host was easy to reach and it all worked out.
Location was great for visiting Football HOF and CVNP! Overall the house was nice, just a few issues…one with trash, but the owner addressed those after we left.
We had a great time while in Canton. The house was the perfect size for all 5 of us. Everything that was advertised was there. If I was going there again I would stay here again.
The house was clean and well organized with all the things we needed. Great back yard & patio, pool table in the basement, and just steps away from the football hall of fame (along with restaurants and shopping). The property owner was fantastic and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Five stars, would certainly stay again!
Stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at the Canton garden center. I didn’t realize it was such a convenient location when I reserved but it was super close. The house was comfy, well supplied, and we had no issues. Very very thankful for the nice stay!!
Incredible property, super clean, pool table was a huge hit with the family. Highly recommend!! There was 5 adults and all of us agreed this was the way to go. Very conveniently located a few minutes off the interstate and a few blocks from the HOF.
We had a great experience staying at Jason’s place. He was very easy to get a hold of, regarding the snow and ice we experienced there over Christmas. Would definitely stay here again when in town. Great to be in walking distance to the Hall of Fame! This house is beautiful inside! Everything you need!
We enjoyed our stay, very nice place. Everything you need was provided. Would recommend to others.
Only negative was the cleanliness could have been better, lots of dog hair through out house. Also women's feminine products were still in garbage in one bedroom. Over all would definitely rent again.
Great place in walking distance to Football Hall of Fame
Solid, flipped 1960’s ranch with lots of bed space. Loved the deck with table and chairs and umbrella. For ad many beds ad there were, there was only a table with 4 stools for a meal for 6 or more. We enjoy sitting around and playing games. Pool table very nice but basement was too cold to hang out in (April with A/C on). Everything waist up was super clean but floor looked like they skipped cleaning it. We 6 friends had a good time. Bring a sieve and sharp knives if you plan to do any cooking
Difficult visit made easy by a great house and owner
Our family experienced several losses all at once. It was a very difficult time saying goodbye to uncles and seeing our brother for the last time after a terminal diagnoses. Our children were stressed, adults were stressed, but the house was an incredible distraction too hard times. The WiFi was reliable, I was able to work. The house was clean and comfortable with anything I could need or want. The entertainment really helped the children process. The owner was flexible, responsive and courteous. Thank you thank you thank you. Kindness goes sick a long way.
Kitchen plumbing leak beyond owner control and he addressed and compensated for the inconvenience promptly. No issues at all with owner.
Superficial cleaning adequate but felt I needed todo my own deeper clean in bathrooms and kitchen. Refrig pretty bad. Ledges baseboard and chair rail obviously dusty/dirty. Much detailed decor ie fake plants and furry pillows made me question how they’re cleaned so we opted to remove from chairs, couches and bedding before using. Overall still a very great stay, good accommodations, location, etc. Didn’t really get to use the Rex room or backyard but would consider renting again. I just thought the owner should be aware of my perceived issues and concerns
The property was very nice, and just as advertised -- impeccably clean. We were even able to walk to the stadium for games and saved money not having to pay for parking.
The accommodations were comfortable, and everyone slept well and enjoyed themselves. The pool table and array of television sets were well received. The deck and outdoor seating were popular places to relax.
Those who had never stayed in a place with wood floors were surprised they creaked so much, but I have wood floors at home, so I'm used to the sound.
Otherwise, a suggestion or two:
A night light would be helpful for the downstairs bedroom/bathroom area. I stayed in that room and at night, you had to make a choice of leaving one of the main lights on (not preferable) or wandering around in the dark in an unfamiliar place to find the bathroom.
The main room is where we watched TV as a group, but I must say we felt like we were walking on eggshells at times, especially in that room. Don't touch the glass cabinet, don't touch the footballs or pictures on the wall, don't wear shoes in the house, etc. We were OK with the intent of the rules, but still you didn't feel 100 percent comfortable since you were being extra cautious.
Still, it was an enjoyable trip and we would consider coming back again next year.
