Welcome to the "Haus Funkelstern" in Oldsum on Föhr - here you will feel good!

The detached, spacious detached house (150 sqm) was completed in the summer of 2016. Modern living comfort awaits you, bright and lovingly furnished rooms (living room with Swedish tiled stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, ...) - paired with a fresh Nordic touch and all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.

The house is located on the edge of the historic Oldsumer village center. The popular cafes, the grocery store, the bus stop and a spacious children's playground are within easy walking distance. From the upper floors of this dream house you have a wonderful view over Oldsum and over the march over to the dike. On a clear day you can even see the neighboring island!

You enter the high-quality and with attention to detail equipped house over a generous floorboard with cloakroom. The ground floor has a light-filled living room with Swedish Mylin tiled stove for cozy hours with warming log fire, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, a shower room and a practical utility room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (width 1.80 m). Both the twin beds of the second room, as well as the pull-out single bed of the third room can each be "turned" into a double bed. Furthermore, here is the comfortable main bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and a highlight sauna with exterior window. The spacious hallway was comfortably furnished with reading and TV corner (further television in the living room and in one of the bedrooms).

Young and old alike will feel comfortable even in the developed loft: some enjoy the view, the others have room to play here. A selection of toys are available for your children (Ritterburg, Lego and others).

In the sunny garden in southwest exposure, everyone will find their favorite cookie. The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture and beach chair (during the season). For your bicycles you will find a parking space next to the garden shed.
