Dream apartment in the Hochrindl-Alm

Large, rustic apartment block "Hochrindl Alm", 3 storeys, built in 2018. In Sirnitz, district of Hochrindl-Kegel at approx. 1,600m altitude:

The offer is: "Apartment Top 3"
• 3-room apartment, 65 m2, on the 1st Floor, but thanks to the hillside location almost without stairs
• Object suitable for 6 adults. Bright, modern and everything completely new and completely renovated / new building
• All those who book from November 5, 2019 during the ski season will receive lift tickets worth € 50 from the administration at the start of the holiday for a rental price of € 350 or more.

• decorated with lots of wood
• 2 double rooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen) and double box spring bed
• Living room / bedroom: With a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), fireplace
• Open kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, freezer, electric coffee machine, kettle, dishes for six people
• Bathroom: shower
• sep. WC,
• 9 m² balcony, 2 12 m² terraces with furniture
• Very nice panoramic view to Klagenfurt of the mountains and the landscape, partly on the ski slopes
• own sauna in the apartment

The house is in a beautiful surrounding and has marvellous view to the high peaks. It is really nearby the slope - it is either within walking distance or if you are lazy you can take your car (really just about 150 meters) to the parking where you can put on your boots and skies. The interior of the house is very nice and designed with taste. The equipment is full - whatever you can think of in the kitchen is there! We loved the evenings in front of the fireplace! Highly recommended! We will come back for sure! Kind regards!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung im schönen Österreich in Kärnten. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer. Blick Richtung Klagenfurt/Wörthersee. Küche top. Schlafzimmer top. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kinder waren begeistert. Mit der KärntenCard als Familie waren die Angebote zur Freizeitgestaltung auch direkt in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr sauber und freundlich.(BILLA) Preislich, wie in Deutschland. Egal ob Hochgebirge oder Seen, alles gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub :)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen.Der Raum in dem sich die Toilette befindet ist sehr klein und eng (wir alle haben kein Übergewicht).Die Stromkosten trotz angeheiztem Holzofen bei vier Übernachtungen betrugen 38 Euro (2 x Nutzung Wärmekabine).

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach herrlich. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Alles modern eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr ordentlich. Der Service vor Ort einfach top. Übergabe und Rückgabe verlief reibungslos, super nett und hilfsbereit. Es wurden sogar Dinge die wir vergessen hatten ohne Diskussion nachgesendet. Also von uns aus eine klare Weiterempfehlung . Einfach nur wunderbar!

Wir sind hier zu zweit für ein paar Tage gewesen und es war einfach großartig! Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung hinaus und vom für ein perfektes Frühstück wie geschaffenen Balkon ist grandios. Die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe war trotz sehr später Ankunft unsererseits sehr einfach und hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Umgebung ist super schön und sehr gut zum Wandern und Skifahren geeignet.

Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit

Wir suchten Natur und Ruhe, Loslassen und Entspannung und fanden alles! Alles war vorhanden, wunderbare Bergwanderungen und sogar Thermalgenuss im nicht weit entfernten Bad Kleinkirchheim und mit abrupten Wetterwechsel von Regen und sogar Schnee nutzen wir den Kamin und fühlten uns in der schönen Wohnung mit Blick über Tal und Berge sehr wohl.
