About this property

Apartment - Type C

Our Type C apartment with generous 55 sqm can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The living-dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, SAT / TV, blue-ray player and stereo system. It also includes a dining area with dining table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge) completes the offer in the living / dining room area.

Two separate bedrooms with double beds provide enough space for your privacy. A bathroom decorated in modern Black Forest style with shower / WC is a lovely addition to the charm of our apartment. The icing on the cake is the unique panorama over the town center, which you can enjoy on your south-facing balcony.

Price: 42,00 € / per day, each additional person. 5,00 € / day
55 sqm (2-4 persons), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 living room with fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, shower / WC and south-facing balcony.

The prices include electricity, heating and final cleaning plus the local tourist tax. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge for stays of up to 7 days a one-time short-stay package.
Arrival is possible from 14. 00 clock or by appointment. Departure is possible until 10.00 o'clock or by arrangement.
Pet are allowed. The livestock owner is liable for any damage caused by the animal. We allow us to charge 2.00 € / day per pet.

Vielen Dank der Familie Kaiser für unseren schönen und erholsamen Urlaub im Schwarzwald. Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Toll war der morgendliche Brötchenservice, den haben wir sehr genossen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit Kuchen begrüßt, die Gastgeber bieten viele Extra Services vor Ort an wie Wanderkartenverleih, frische Brötchen und sind zu jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Dorf und liegt sehr dicht an Wanderrouten. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Superschöner Urlaub mit schöner Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, waren von der Lage der Wohnung (oberhalb von Todtmoos) und dem schönen Ort sehr angetan. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit schönen Möbeln gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war, wie beschrieben, wirklich sehr schön! Meinem Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen! :-) Für morgens wurde ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Todtmoos bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, Biken, Schwimmen, Wintersport und einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Nachbarstädte, auch in die Schweiz etc. Zum Einkaufen gibt es am Ortsrand einen Supermarkt, im Ort selbst hat man mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Essen und für Kaffee und Kuchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten auch noch viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Besser geht`s nicht!!!
