Comfortable, spacious home in a quiet residential neighborhood
Located in the city of Lake Forest Park, NE of Seattle and near the NW end of Lake Washington, the house is close to Horizon View Park, the highest point in Lake Forest Park, and less than a half-hour drive to downtown Seattle.
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac , yet a few minutes drive from restaurants, bars, and shops- notably the Lake Forest Park Town Center, which houses Third Place Commons, a library, and other shops and eateries. It is close to the Burke-Gilman Trail, and walking around the neighborhood is also popular. Trees and bushes on the property offer privacy.
With a total of four bedrooms plus extra fold-out beds, there is room to spread out and enjoy the two levels, each level with two bedrooms, a full bath, and separate living rooms. There is covered parking and a deck for relaxing and dining in front of the home.
On the entrance level are :
*Full kitchen with open floor plan and large dining and living areas
*big windows and sliding glass door to private deck
*master bedroom with K bed and en suite bathroom with shower
*bedroom with bunk/trundle bed- one Q and 2 twins (great for kiddos!)
*full bathroom on the same floor, as well as the laundry room with full-size machines
There is one flight of stairs to the lower floor, which has:
*two bedrooms each with Q bed
*full bathroom on this floor
*large living area with bar and 2 twin fold out couches
*large windows and lots of light, and sliding glass door open to small backyard
*Neflix streaming service on a 75" HD TV in the living room
