Casa San Martino - quiet Rustico with pool (4 + 3 persons) and large garden

The Casa San Martino is typically "marchigiano": a completely restructured old Rustico of the Marche, which once belonged to the Convent of San Martino as a detached farmhouse. It lies at the foot of the medieval mountain town of Arcevia on a hill from which it offers a unique panoramic view in all directions.

The ground floor apartment of the property is rented. The apartment includes a large garden (2000 m2) to be used only by the tenants and a covered loggia in front of the bakery. The heated pool (12x6x1.40 m) as well as the historic oven for pizza baking and an additional shower room in the outbuildings can also be used by the landlords, if these are on site.

The Casa San Martino is lovingly and comfortably furnished. The terraces of the spacious estate, the garden and the pool invite you to forget everyday life and to enjoy the holidays in this beautiful environment.

The tastefully decorated main apartment offers a spacious living room (about 70 m2) with leather sofa, satellite TV and stereo, a large dining table and an open kitchen. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Attached to the main apartment, but with a separate entrance, there is another bedroom for three people with a bunk bed and a single bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, a coffee machine, plenty of crockery and cutlery and drinking and wine glasses.

Free wireless internet access is available in all rooms and throughout the property.

- Coal (well stocked supermarket with meat and vegetable counter) in Conce (3 minutes by car)
- Bakery, butcher, greengrocer, tobacconist, other grocery stores in Arcevia (7 minutes by car)
- Conad (large supermarket with meat and fish counter) in Serra de 'Conti (15 minutes by car)

The delicious regional cuisine, the good wine (Verdicchio, Rosso Conero and an autochthonous red wine treats, the Lacrima di Morro d 'Alba), many nearby historic towns, the Adriatic Sea and the nearby mountains of the Apennines, countless hiking, biking and excursion possibilities also contribute to the well-being and a successful holiday stay.

As expected!

We had a lovely stay at Casa San Martino, celebrating ferragosto using the wood burning stove, and enjoying the grassy space and refreshing pool with beautiful views. Our children loved it, and so did we. About a 30 minute drive from Senigallia so we also enjoyed a day at the sea. We hope to return again! Grazie!

House with a view

We had a wonderful stay in Arcevia. The house is beautifuly located on the top of a hill. With an incredible view on Arvevia annd the surroundings. The garden is beautiful and very private, just as the pool! The house is well equiped. The extra room outside the house is rather old and small to fit three persons. Some things in the house are ready for renewal. And you should not be a cleaning freak. But for us it was a detail during a very nice holiday

We had an okay stay in the house. It is an old stonehouse in the mountains. The room with three beds outside the main apartment was not ideal, you could not sleep in it without having the windows open due to the smell. But due to the broken mosquito nets open windows let to other issues. We slept in it for one night but the second night we found a scorpion in the room and then decided that was it for us in that room. The mosquito nets were broken in most rooms which made it easy for insects to come inside. As to the main apartment, I would say that the house needs a lot of tender, love and care. The towels provided were very small so we had to buy our own. It was not very clean, there were spider webs everywhere. We had one good knife in the kitchen. The pans were old and really dirty. As to the pool, in the ad it was stated that it was heated but it was no more than between 20-23 degrees during the time we were there, even the kids thought it was too cold. It was also not mentioned that the pool was only approximately 90cm deep.The water pressure in the shower was very uneven, sometimes it worked okay and sometimes not at all.It was also not clear that is more of an apartment than a house, you live under other people and it was quite noisy.Communication with the owner was okay, at one time I tried calling to ask how the oven work but could not reach them until the next day. In general the price is okay but it unfo doesn’t make up for the negatives.

Ein Haus in traumhafter Lage mit Privatpool zur eigenen Nutzung, aus jedem Winkel eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht, was gibt es da noch zu sagen? Der Erholungswert eines Urlaubs in diesem Anwesen ist einfach nicht zu toppen. Auch ein Regentag ist kein Problem - das Haus ist auch innen so toll eingerichtet und groß, dass man sich hier gerne aufhält. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Das Haus ist topp ausgestattet, es fehlt an rein gar nichts. Wir haben Gott sei Dank für nächstes Jahr bereits gebucht und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Toller Ort für Familienurlaub

Die wunderbare Region haben wir bereits gekannt. Das tolle Ferienhaus an super Lage hat unser Ferienerlebnis abgerundet. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und war ideal mit den zwei kleinen Kindern. Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber mit punktuellen Abzügen bei der Küche. In der anschliessenden perfekten Kommunikation mit der Gatgeberschaft konnte dies aber sofort geklärt werden. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Tolle Unterkunft....

Wir waren im August 10 Tage hier und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es gibt nur positive Eindrücke. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die wir kennengelernt haben, eine tolle, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung. Einen großen Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein super gepflegter Pool. In Arcevia kann man toll essen gehen. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und wenn man was sehen möchte, sitzt man viel im Auto. Einfach mal hinfahren 😄

Perfect verblijf in zeer fijn huis

2 weken vakantie gevierd in Casa San Martino, wat een top tijd! Huis is een bevestiging van wat je op de webside ziet. Veel ruimte en rustig gelegen. Veel verschillende plekken om te zitten zowel binnen als ook in de grote schaduwrijke tuin. Zwembad is welkome afkoeling en ligt fijn verscholen. Voor vragen zijn Benjamin of zijn vader snel bereikbaar en hebben de juiste antwoorden en of oplossingen. Top huis op een top locatie zeker als je van ruimte en rust houd.

Es ist ein Traumhaus, wenn man Ruhe sucht!

Es war wunderbar, die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Coal-Markt ist nur 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Pool erfrischt! In Archevia kann man richtiges italienisches Leben kennenlernen. Der kleine Laden "Latteria" in Archevia hat ein sehr gut ausgesuchtes Angebot und man wird sehr gut beraten. Kenntnisse der italienischen Sprache sind von Vorteil. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Urlaub super toll !!

Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aussicht toll und wirklich gut gelegen. Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren und Urlaub machen.

Heerlijke vakantie op een rustige prachtige plek

Mooie grote woning, precies zoals omschreven in de advertentie. Ja het is afgelegen maar met het mooie zwembad prima een week te verblijven. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt en ook een wijnproeverij gedaan.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Ein traumhaftes und einmaliges Plätzchen in einer abgelegenen bergkulisse, perfekt um unter Feigenbäumen und frischen Weintrauben am Pool abzuschalten, sensationell Gute Pizza aus dem Haus eigenen Pizza Ofen genießen und die Feste mit Freunden so Feiern wie sie fallen. Durch die abgelegene Lage ist man unter sich.Trotzdem ist alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Mit dem kleinen aber feinen Dorfladen der trotz Größe viele Spezialitäten und Leckereien zu bieten hat, muss man sich keine Gedanken um die Versorgung machen. Sogar der Strand ist innerhalb von 45 Minuten erreichbar und das Meer von der Casa aus zum greifen nah. Top Vermieter, Top Location, Top Haus Ich hoffe man sieht sich nächstes Jahr wieder - selber Ort! Grüße vom Ammersee

Beautiful house on the top of the hill with view of Arcevia and rural landscape. Wide pool and garden. Relaxing and quiet. Perfect for family and friends. You can reach almost every place of Marche (Ancona and Conero beaches, Senigallia, Frasassi Caves, Fabriano, San Severino, Macerata, Urbino) within an hour.

Soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno molto tranquillo e rilassante presso la Casa San Martino. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Heike e suo figlio, che sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali. La posizione in cui la casa si trova è suggestiva, perché su un colle e dunque il clima è mite e ventilato, oltre ad offrire un panorama mozzafiato sui colli marchigiani. La casa è stata trovata in buon ordine e in modeste condizioni di pulizia, ma comunque ben accessoriata e fornita dei comfort più importanti. Comoda la piscina, attrezzati gli spazi esterni per poter mangiare in compagnia del verde e della natura. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e speriamo di tornare presto.

Chouette appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les collines d'Arcevia

Tout d'abord, Heike et Markus parlent parfaitement français et sont très réactif, ce qui a facilité grandement les diverses confirmations, recommandations et conseils d'usage. L'appartement fait partie d'un ensemble de 3 unités. Il est d'une très bonne taille est très lumineux et excessivement bien équipé! C'est parfois une peu vieillot (comme la piscine d'ailleurs) mais au moins...ça a le mérite d'être là. Le jardin quant à lui est très grand et offre de multiples endroits où se retirer lorsque le voisinage se faisait trop bruyant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Arcevia et y retourneront avec plaisir.
