Attending 75th Birthday Party

Property is spacious and extremely peaceful with beautiful sunsets ! Homeowners think of all the little things everyone forgets . Pac-Man game was a big hit along with the beautiful deck and fire pit. Family had a great time ! Highly recommend !

Great Vacation

Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a week during our Cooperstown trip. The house is 20 mins to All Star Village. The house was fantastic. Very clean, top of the line appliances, and all the necessities you need. Communication with the host was great. We even bought fishing poles and did some fishing between baseball games. Would highly recommend to any family.

Great Stay for Cooperstown All Star Village

This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property.

House was nice, lots of room. Unfortunately they high teched the house too much. Light switches every where and only half actually did something, no guidance on the multiple thermostats, non-working ceiling fan. Two dishwashers, but only plastic and paper dishes. Only 12 solo cups for 14 of us, and when we asked for more we got “there are more in the closet”. After hunting through multiple place, we found nothing. We ran out of the paper plates also. Garbage outside was overflowing.
