Individuelle Vorbereitung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick von zwei Balkonen :) und zusätzlich wurden wir durch die gute Vorbereitung auf unser Kind mit Hochstuhl und Spielzeug überrascht. Vielen Dank nohmal.

Erholsame Tage in der Rhön

1Woche in der für uns bis dato noch unbekannten Rhön.Tolles Wandergebiet,weite und offene Landschaften,oftmals grandioseRundumsicht.Nirgends überlaufen, viel wohltuende Ruhe. Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die Fußbodenheizung genossen. :) Insgesamt ist es sehr geräumig und ruhig. Wunderbar auch der schöne Ausblick ins Tal. Der letzte Weg von der Straße zur Wohnung ist etwas holprig, das war das einzige Manko. Aber ansonsten können wir nur eine ausdrückliche Empfehlung aussprechen! Auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Schmuck war problemlos und gut.

Diese Ferienwohnung kann nur mit 5 Sternen bewertet werden. Für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen die ideale Unterkunft mit einem Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Auch aufgrund der Historie eine herrlich ruhige, ländliche Gegend, wo auch das Wandern richtig Spaß macht.

FW ok, sehr sauber und ordentlich, alles da. Rhön sehr empfehlenswert zum Wandern und neue Dinge entdecken. Bitte in der FW den Badheizkörper einschalten, es gibt auch kühlere Tage. Danke

Rhön Weitblick

Die Wohnung mit den zwei Balkonen bietet am Ende des Dorfes einen wunderschönen Weitblick über in die Rhönlandschaft. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, ruhig und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Wohnung.

Empfehlung für die Thüringer Rhön

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar geeignet für einen Urlaub in der Thür.Rhön. Es ist alles Vorhanden-Superblick in die Gegend- nettes Örtchen... Von unserer Seite keine kritischen Anmerkungen. Daher "volle Punktzahl" für diese Wohnung.

Eine Fewo, in der man sich als Gast sofort wohl fühlt

Von der Lage der Fewo bis zu ihrer Einrichtung - hier passt alles, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause und der Urlaub beginnt also schon an der Haustür.

FW Kaltensundheim

Die FW ist sehr zu empfehlen, allein die Aussicht ist die Reise wert. Die FW hat alles was man für einen super Urlaub braucht bis hin zum kostenlosen WLAN.

Super Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir wurden, was die Wohnung angeht, äußerst positiv überrascht. Alles so wie bei der Buchung angegeben. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich absolut problemlos, die Wohnung war topsauber und es war alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag benötigt. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Ebenso ein großer Fernseher und ein stabiles W-Lan. Die Lage direkt am Waldrand hoch über Kaltensundheim ist perfekt und die Aussicht von den beiden Balkonen phänomenal. Wir haben hier totale Ruhe und Erholung gefunden. Desweiteren können wir allen, die nicht selber kochen möchten, den Rhöner Landgasthof Hotel „Zur Guten Quelle" im Ort empfehlen. Eine schmackhafte, landestypische Küche zu moderaten Preisen ebenso wie ein schöner Biergarten laden hier zum verweilen ein. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, das die Zuwegung zum Haus nicht ausgebaut ist und aus einem Schotterweg besteht. Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen am Rande. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fantastisch!

Wir freuen uns sehr, eine positive Bewertung für die Ferienwohnung abzugeben. Die Wohnung ist absolut fantastisch! Die Ausstattung modern und stilvoll, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage der Wohnung. Sie ist in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend, unmittelbar am Waldrand gelegen, aber dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten von der Dorfmitte mit Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Sie lädt gerade dazu ein Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen oder wie wir - Schneeflocken zu beobachten :-) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung ein absoluter Traum und wir würden sie jedem empfehlen, der eine schöne und komfortable Unterkunft sucht. Vielen Dank!

Entspannung in der Natur in sehr schöner Lage

Modernes , quasi neues Haus an wunderschöner Hanglage im Herzen der Röhn. Alles war zu unser absoluten Zufriedenheit, alles super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Kontakt mit dem netten Vermieter unkompliziert und der Ausblick von der Terrasse lädt zum träumen ein. 5 von 5 Sternen :-) Einziger Hinweis den ich geben möchte ist das die Auffahrt geschottert ist (die letzten 500 m quasi), und auch das eine oder andere große Schlagloch aufweist. Mit einem normalen PKW geht das aber.
