We really enjoyed our stay, the Hollywood Vibe was palpable throughout the property, from framed movie posters to the view, from the driveway, of the actual Hollywood sign in the distance.It was clean and eclectic, colorful and functional, and we all enjoyed it thoroughly.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The property is a beautiful, stylish, clean, safe, and comfortable haven in the Hollywood hills. I hope to be back and would recommend it to family and friends. Walking distance (15min) from Runyon Canyon trailhead. The hostess is exceptional as well! One of the highlights during the stay for me was watching hummingbirds in the garden.

Lovey Guest House Stay

We had a very lovely stay. Everything was as pictured and per the details in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It was neat to look through the DVDs and books in the unit. We highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Frances' house! The guest home is very comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout and all of the amenities you need for a great stay. The location is beautiful and the house is an easy walk to Runyon Canyon and its great trails and views. We met Frances during our stay and she was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. We will return!

Perfect location for a small family

The location was absolutely amazing! Close to just about everything you would want to do in LA and close to several grocery stores so you could pick up snacks or easy meals. The house was impeccably clean and well furnished with basic necessities in the kitchen. The host was very responsive and kind throughout the rental process.

Cute little guest house. In some ways, it is close to everything. It is not "grab a cup of coffee around the corner" close; you will have to drive down the hill. But it's otherwise convenient to all the usual LA sites. I was warned by others that living off of Mulholland is a pain; that it is impossible to get out on the road. This was NOT the case for me--very easy to get onto Mulholland.

Absolutely amazing place with beautiful views!

My friends (including one infant) and I stayed at Frances' house for a long weekend and we LOVED it. The location is very cool and offers beautiful views of the adjacent hills. It's so close to everything but just removed enough that the environment is very peaceful. Frances was super accommodating and communicative -- any questions we had were answered immediately! And the space itself was so cool and charming.

Wonderful stay in the Hills

Frances was an excellent host, staying in close communication prior to, and during, our stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the back courtyard and garden beds, and the view of the Hollywood sign (from out front) was an added bonus.

Lovely property

Very nice location if you want to experience Hollywood hills

The design of the house was very thoughtful. We enjoy driving on Hollywood hills and the view of the valley and the city. It’s hilly in some areas if you are not used to driving hills. But we loved it. The owner is very detailed on the guest needs. We felt like home. Thank you Francis!
