The 65 square meter apartment is located on the 5th floor of the popular Panoramahouse in Wilhelmshaven on a narrow headland between the North Sea and the large harbor. Water wherever you look. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and the covered south-facing balcony is on one level. The fantastic sea view invites you to linger. The tourist highlights around the harbor can be easily reached on foot. Also, you are welcome to use the two existing bikes for beautiful bike rides.

015 Abrams Wilhelmshaven FeWo:
The fully equipped apartment is designed for up to three people. The bedroom has a double bed with a large wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and can be turned into another bed if needed for another person. A dining table with chairs is located directly at the large window. Enjoy the wide view of the sea.  You can watch TV on the modern flat screen TV. WiFi is available. The kitchen offers the guest everything he needs to create culinary magic. Microwave, electric stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge with freezer find space in the kitchen. The rather large bathroom has a shower. Also a hair dryer is ready for the guest. The apartment is not new, but has first signs of wear - but it is fully operational. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement in a modern laundry for a fee (50ct pieces are needed) usable. The cozy covered balcony is equipped with table and chairs. Enjoy the natural spectacle Wattenmeer up close!

Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.

Alles in allem ok, wir wussten ja, das es keine neue Wohnung ist. Ich würde wenn es meins wäre die Putzfrau mehr kontrollieren. Vom Ausblick her könnte es nicht besser sein.
