Welcome to The Woodard House! We are a charming, light filled, stylist 1800s farmhouse located in the beautiful & historic town of Grafton, Vermont. Prime location in the heart of Grafton Village & only steps to The Grafton Inn & Tavern (live music), MKT general store, shops, museums, tennis, nature, etc. We are 1 mile to The Outdoor Center (hike, bike, Nordic Ski, Swim) and an easy drive to Okemo, Magic Mt, & Lowell Lake. Extremely well-appointed with 3-bed en suites & 2 patios and private outdoor space to enjoy!
