About this property

Exclusive and luxurious new "Villa Luce" in Makarska, with a view of the Adriatic Sea, offers you very comfortable apartments in various sizes. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, flat screen, WiFi, terraces or balconies with sea views, kitchen and spacious bathrooms. There are also terraces, a barbecue and a car park. We offer a whole floor "top attic". 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 4 apartments with one bedroom each. In total there are sleeping accommodations for 20 adults and 8 children. For our guests there is a cafe bar on the ground floor. You have the possibility to rent the whole villa for 5,000 euros a week. On request, we also rent out floors. The distance to the beach about 900 m, shops 50 m, center 500 m. We have reserved a free parking space for our guests right on the beach.

U blizini Ville nalazi se supermarket apple, Kaufland i Konzum. Od centra je udaljena cca 15 minuta hoda. U kuči boravite sami što vam pruža opuštajuču atmosferu i vašu privatnost.
