The bright and tropical condominium offers large windows and expansive views of the Emerald Coast. Relax in the living room offering cozy furniture. Gather around the media center for low-key fun! Entertainment options include a 55-inch high definition flat screen cable TV, WiFi, and a DVD player.

Doors off the living room lead to the gigantic 40-foot patio. Sip cocktails and watch the sun set, or start each morning invigorated with fresh air and views of the sea! Beyond the living room is dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra seating with a breakfast bar, and every major appliance needed to whip up a fresh seafood feast!

Offering two bedrooms and two baths, includes room for eight. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite (includes patio access), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living room and a day and night chest that pulls out to a queen size bed in the dining area. Additional home features include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a condo unit parking space.

Stroll to the beach for sunbathing, building sand castles, and swimming in the clear waters, then explore the city which offers wineries and nightlife, shopping along Pier Park, and family attractions like the Gulf World Marine Park.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
