Welcome to Anne's House Down the Shore, the best location in all of Ventnor. And the home is all yours. Quick walk to everything. Ventnor's famous, pristine beaches and boardwalk is a 5 minute walk away. Ride the boards (2 bikes provided) or the waves (boogie boards provided), stroll, run, enjoy the miles of beach and boardwalk. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream, retail are all in our friendly, quiet neighborhood.

You will find everything you need at Anne's. Our lovely, light-filled, cozy yet very spacious home (on 2 full floors) is fully stocked - kitchen is good to go to prepare a family feast, all fresh linens and bath and beach towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The home is spacious and relaxing with two large sofas (one is a queen sofa bed with linens tucked away upstairs) and plenty of seating around the dining table and/or our 60 inch tv (streaming service is YouTube TV to get all your programming).

Enjoy time in our private sunroom with leather cushy seating for four around our glass table or get some work done there instead. Zoom and be productive if you wish. Extra monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, laptop stand and office supplies provided upon request.

There are two lovely patios - one smaller (seats 3) and intimate for a quiet morning coffee and one larger patio/garden with lots of cushioned seating (seats 7) and white washed brick walls and plantings. You will find privacy and a peaceful place to hang out in either outdoor space.

Backpack beach chairs with beach entrance tags attached, kids' beach chairs, beach trolley, umbrella, toys. and three coolers are waiting for you to grab for your long days on our sunny, soft-sanded shore.

All bedrooms have spotless hardwood floors with pretty throw rugs to make stepping out of bed a comfy experience. The light-filled master bedroom with high quality king sized bed is enormous and has two very large walk-in closets with suitcase holders and lots of dresser space. You will be happy to retire here for the evening in this relaxing space.

The other two very peaceful bedrooms have full-size beds with soft, high-quality linens and down comforters and pretty throw rugs. There is plenty of closet and dresser space for your belongings as well as a suitcase holder in each room.

Spend the evening playing board games from our collection with your family. Grab a book from our Library Trading Post before you hit the beach. Make a quick coffee - there are two coffee machines (Keurig and Cuisanart traditional drip) for your convenience with generous starter coffee supplies for both machines.

We are super family friendly. Please bring the kiddies. Pack lighter. No need to schlepp. Upon request, we will leave you a beast of a high chair, pack-n-play with fitted sheet washed in Draft, baby bathtub and hooded baby bath towel/cloths washed in Dreft, and stroller with rain cover. All of these items are thoroughly cleaned and ready to use.

Make it easy on yourself when you arrive and pull into your own private two-car driveway. There is also free street parking for additional vehicles in front of the house so no need to stress.

A full washer and dryer (with starter supplies) are available on the first floor for your convenience. Other supplies on site: body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and hair dryer.
