WE DO NOT RENT TO SPRING BREAKERS! IN SUMMER YOUR RESERVATION MUST BEGIN OR END ON SATURDAY!!! From Memorial Day to the 15th of August rental is on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Majestic Beach Towers was designed and built to afford the most amenities on the Gulf Coast. We have five swimming pools including 2 indoor pools, a splash pool, water falls and hot tubs. Also included in our resort is a stadium seating movie/presentation theatre, conference facilities, a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms. We have an on site restaurant, Star Bucks coffee shop and convenience store and we are WiFi ready. The game room for the kids is sure to please.

The amenities inside your condo include 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players. Two bedrooms have King beds, One has a Queen bed and we have a Sofa, love seat and recliner in the Salon that will easily sleep an adult and a small child. a The 'Beach Bum' or north bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the city and the bay. It is a spectacular 'city light night view'!

Relax to a stunning sunset from your balcony or relax by the pool and order lunch or a refreshing tropical drink from the outdoor poolside Bar and Grill. The menu offers fresh local seafood, sandwiches and appetizers.

For your convenience and comfort we include private covered designated parking There is a charge of $40.00 per car per reservation charged by the Association. Before your reservation you will be able to register your car and when you arrive a camera will read your license plate and you will drive right in and park. No more parking passes. I have two designated spaces. on the third floor. My parking spaces are on the third floor of the Parkhouse closest to the air conditioned walkover Bridge leading to the building elevators. You never have to cross the street! You will keep your car out of the bright strong Florida sun and be safe and secure.

Love this condo it was our 2nd stay at this condo in Majestic and our favorite in this complex. Great communication with Sue the owner. Love the pool area and resturant on site. Close to everything.

Beautiful Corner Unit

Great Condo and Host

We were well pleased with the spacious condo. The host was very accommodating, giving us great instructions and information. The condo was so clean, and tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The large upper story balcony gave us great views and we spent a good deal of time there.

"Beautiful family beach vacation at the Majestic beach resort"

We had a wonderful time! Sue was easy to communicate with and the condo was very nice, the balcony was huge and plenty of room for our family!! The elevators were very fast and the view on the 21st floor was truly amazing especially on July 4th, what a awesome fireworks show. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!! Thanks Sue for being such a great host!

Awesome condo

Loved the condo very spacious. Loved having a huge bacony facing the water and the balcony facing the city was great as well. Close to everything and fast elevators. This was our 5th stay at majestic but first in the condo. It's great have the resturant at the pool it's a little pricey but delicious. Good communication with the owner as well.

This condo was amazing. We had 6 friends staying together & had more than enough room. It rained a good part of our stay but we managed to have a great time. It's close to everything. Sue was amazing. She was very responsive when I had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Loved the property. Amazing views. Afternoon shade on the balcony with breeze was so nice. Plenty of room for everyone to strech out and relax. There were a few house keeping areas that could have used a little bit more attention, and the beds could use new sheets. Overall this property is very nice. The parking was a huge plus !!! New sheets gives this unit 5 stars.

Beautiful Week at The Beach

The 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo was immaculate and just perfect for me and my family. My husband and I took our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren with us and we had a wonderful time! Spacious bedrooms and living area! A real plus was the full size washer and dryer inside the condo. Being able to wash sandy towels and bathing suits really helped! Our host the condo owner was great about contacting us to make sure everything was just as we had expected and if we needed anything!

Pros: Nice furniture, clean. master bedroom very large. Parking garage with overpass walkway. Cons: the other 2 bedrooms are a lot smaller than the master. The 3rd bedroom is very small with a double bed.

Fall trip

This was our first trip to the majestic! The pictures don’t give the building justice! It’s beautiful. The elevators are super fast! And smooth! So many pools and hot tubs. And was super surprised to see a waterfall in the pool. Website doesn’t show it. Their was a lot of security guards so super safe place for families the condo was beautiful and so well laid out. Each room is near a bathroom the balcony table is perfect for breakfast on the beach. Loved the whole trip

Great 3-bedroom Condo on the Beach

My husband, 2 adult children, and I stayed for a week at this 3-bedroom condo on the beach at Panama City Beach, Florida. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with tub/shower, which was great for us! The master bath also had a jacuzzi tub! The condo was beautiful and the view nothing short of breathtaking. The owner was very personable and helpful with details about check-in, and when we had a leak in the master shower head, I texted her and she immediately contacted her handyman, and he came out the same day to put in a new shower head so that our stay wouldn’t be interrupted by plumbing issues. That was greatly appreciated!!

Condo 2109 Tower II

This condo was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed it for my boyfriends 25th birthday. It was very clean and had the best view! It was very relaxing at night to watch the beach and feel the fresh air. Pier park wasn't far from us and we did some shopping. Restaurants were very close and so was Walmart. The staff at Majestic were so nice and helpful. The only issue we had was when we would go out to drive at a few places during the day, we would get back and there would be someone parked in our spot. We were told it was parking for everyone who was staying. It was confusing but other than that we had a wonderful time. There were no issues. I see us staying in with Mrs. Sue again in the future.

This Condo is something that only people dream of and hope for when planning their family vacation.

Our family of 7 booked this condo for our yearly family vacation for this year. The magic starts when you first pull into to your own private parking places located right next to the unloading platform. When you arrive at the condo and enter the door your first impression is absolutely overwhelming. The attention to detail and overall welcoming atmosphere is something you don't find that often. Every room has its own beach theme along with your own bathroom, and plenty of drawers and closet space. Along with the bedrooms the spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need which makes cooking for a big family flawless. The living room has a beautiful sliding glass door that opens up to your own private patio to overlook the Beach. Everything in this condo gives you the clean feeling like you were the very first people to stay there. The owners are absolutely amazing and really care about their guest. Our family is planning on making this condo a regular vacation stop. Thanks Sue for making our vacation unforgettable.

We spend a great deal of time at our Condo and absolutely love it. It is great in the Winter to enjoy the indoor pools. We love eating and shopping at Pier Park. There is no more beautiful place than the beaches from Panama City Beach to Pensacola.

Why they chose this property

It is an all in one resort. We have a Starbucks coffee shop, two indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools, a restaurant in summer, two private parking spaces and to top it off the most beautiful panoramic views as well as beach front.
