Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used towels in bath area in tub
Close and lock up, set temp to Winter Heat 65, Summer Air to 76.
Please clean up at pool area and take all trash and bring towels back inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be Courteous of your neighbors please. We share some common area so any items you see in a neighbors property is not there for sharing. Respect please
No GLASS allowed in the pool area, and while by the dock and lake entry. Swap to plastic please to prevent any injuries. Respect the water and others.
Trash around the boat docks or pool area should be brought in to home and placed in trash cans. There is no grounds keeper. Remove all trash upon exit
