Das 92 m2 große Nichtraucher-Appartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern für 6 Personen liegt im Süden von Zirndorf im Ortsteil Anwanden und befindet sich im 1. Stock in einem Zweifamilienhaus. Die Wohnung wurde 2013/2014 komplett neu renoviert und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der S-Bahn-Linie 4 Nürnberg-Ansbach sind Sie in 14 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg, die Haltestelle ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit der Buslinie 151, die Sie in nur 2 Gehminuten erreichen, kommen Sie zum Fun Park (3 km). Für einen Besuch der Messe in Nürnberg brauchen Sie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur 28 Minuten. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir waren positiv überrascht über die saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts (sogar ein Toaster ist vorhanden). Die Wohnung wird durch eine sehr gut regelbare Fußbodenheizung beheizt. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und 2 Kleinkinder) verbrachten 3 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wir vermissten nichts. Die Räume waren alle sauber. Die Lage ist ländlich ruhig und doch ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Zirndorf. Mit der S-Bahn, welche im Ort eine Haltestelle hat und etwa alle halbe Stunde fährt, gelangt man auch gut nach Nürnberg usw. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Ein zerbrochenes Glas war kein Beinbruch und sogar eine Fundsache wurde uns nachgeschickt. Auf alle Mails wurde schnell geantwortet. Absolut zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Preissegment gehoben ist. Dafür fehlte es uns aber an nichts. Vielen Dank, bis zum nächsten Mal.
