The apartment is located in Fischbachau in the charming district Birkenstein in a small side street, quiet and yet easily accessible.
It belongs to a architecturally interesting ensemble built by the architect Ullbricht for his own family, but is completely separate from the main house with a separate entrance and two private terraces.

It is an ideal starting point for relaxing hikes and bike rides directly from the front door or even excursions in the beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Alps.
The wonderful landscape attracts with nature experiences, but also the fast attainable cities like Munich, Rosenheim or Kufstein offer many outstanding leisure possibilities in all weather.

Renovated in 2019 and newly furnished apartment has a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with oak dining table and pull-out sofa bed (140x200). The large window front offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and our lovingly landscaped garden.

Adjacent to the living room the kitchen, with the newly built in 2019, modern kitchenette. Fully equipped including dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a comprehensive range of cooking tools to be able to provide self-catering. From the breakfast bar in the kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden.

One floor down is the bedroom. Here you can spend relaxed nights in a double bed (160x200) with allergy friendly cold foam mattresses. A desk can be used for writing the holiday diary. Here, too, a broad window front allows the magnificent view of the mountains and our garden.
After a restful night, step outside the patio door and watch the sunrise. Another seat on this terrace is ideal for a full breakfast in the morning sun.

The apartment has its own terrace in the garden with morning sun and another terrace in the garden in west exposure with evening sun.
It is heated environmentally friendly with renewable energy from wood pellets, our electricity is green electricity from Greenpeace Energy.
