Sam, our big bear stands ready to welcome you to your mountain getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled in a wooded setting, but convenient to all the activities offered in our beautiful Sky Valley and the surrounding communities. The great room has a wood burning fireplace for cool evenings as well as a new Smart TV. The newly remodeled kitchen is great for the meals you want to make at home. The master bedroom is on the main level with 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd level as well as a big loft area with a daybed and desk area when you need to work from home. Ready to play? The "Bear Cave" is a big game room ready to enjoy watching sports on the Smart Tv, playing cards, or how about shooting a little pool. Ready for the outdoor adventures? We have a beautiful 18 hole Championship Golf Course; truly one of the best in the mountains. Our Health Club offers, exercise room, sauna, showers and hot tub. Outdoor heated pool open until it's too cold. Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts open all year. Ready to explore more? Highlands Zipline truly a thrill and only 5 minutes away. Highlands Outdoor Post offers snow tubing, ice skating & just opened a Mountain Coaster. Ready to eat? Gourmet to Country to Chick Fil Et you will find plenty of options up and down the mountain in towns of Highlands, NC, Dillard and Clayton, Georgia as well as Franklin, NC. Ready to shop?
