The house Usedom is located in the Baltic Sea Koserow near the Baltic Sea coast, only 350m from the beach.

The resort has been renovated in 2019 including the redesign of the outdoor area and consists of 5 high quality holiday apartments.

The apartment MeeresKlang is located on the upper floor of the house and invites up to 4 people to spend their holidays there.

The modern living room convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area and a cozy sofa corner. Subtle colors and attention to detail ensure a friendly indoor climate. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. It promises with exquisite decoration accents a very special feel-good experience. The other sleeping facilities are located in the living-dining area on a sofa bed. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower.

The apartment has a separate 18 sqm roof terrace with a view of the backwaters.

The apartment invites especially families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea holiday.

A parking space is located directly at the house.
2 covered bicycle parking spaces are available to the apartment. At these places, e-bikes can be loaded directly.

Die Küche ist mit allem bestückt, was man braucht. Leider musste eine Nachreinigung der Fenster (Spinnweben u. Vogelkot) vorgenommen werden, die aber schnell u. ohne Probleme noch am Anreisetag funktionierte. Das Team von Pro Home war stets ansprechbar (Büro vor Ort!), sehr nett u. arbeitet aktiv lösungsorientiert. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit u. komme bestimmt wieder.
