Newly remolded! Near Downtown DORA district!
This newly remolded unit is perfect for your next visit to the charming town of Tiffin. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, everything in the unit is new July 2022. Both bedrooms and family room have smart TVs. This is steps away from Frost Kalnow Stadium and downtown restaurants, bars and stores and in the DORA district. Heidelberg, Tiffin University and Hedges park are all near by. Check out our 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom listings as well.

The space
This building was a Mid-Century designed office building that we have converted to a high-end 3 unit furnished downtown rental. We are trying to offer guests an upgraded hotel type experience when they come to our town. The complex is perfect for larger groups, weddings, family reunions or sporting events. It is also a great option for longer stays for work related activities.
Guest access
We have self check in with programable locks. You will be given a code before your visit, but we are also available if you should have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

I am sorry about the towel. It must have been an oversight seeing as how we have an entire pile of towels stored and available. I really wish you would have reached out during your stay to any of the numbers provided and we would have happily taken care of it.

Gem in Tiffin Ohio
I hesitate to write this review because we would love to keep this place as our secret but it's just too good not to share. For around the same price as the nicer hotels in town you get a clean and comfortable place to spread out. There is a full kitchen, great living room furniture and really cozy beds and bedding. Parking is easy and you can literally walk around the corner to some great food. We will definitely be staying again. Five stars, would highly recommend.
