Familiengerecht & haustierfreundlich

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Angaben der Anzeige stimmten zu 100%. Platz für einen Anhänger war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist ok und lädt zu Spaziergängen an ehemaligen Baggerseen bzw. dem wunderschönen Fluss Naab ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Schwandorf (ca. 3 km entfernt) sind reichlich vorhanden. Der Steinsee ist mit seiner Holzkugel und dem Wakeboard-Park ebenfalls eine Reise wert.

Neu, modern und funktional eingerichtet

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter mit Interesse an ihren Mietern. Das Objekt ist neu, groß und modern ausgestattet, leider ohne WLAN (was in der Beschreibung korrekt dargestellt ist). Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, ein Ceranfeld wäre wünschenswert. Im Schlafzimmer erwartet sie zwei Einzelbetten mit festen Matratzen.
