Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
🕙 Checkout Time Check-out is by 10AM. We’d really appreciate a quick message once you’ve checked out. Before you leave, please double-check that you have all your belongings.
•⁠ Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle •⁠ Empty all rubbish into the outdoor bins •⁠ Clean the BBQ and turn off the gas •⁠ Switch off all lights and air-conditioning units
•⁠ Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked. •⁠ Leave the 2 back gate keys and driveway gate remote in the TV drawer •⁠ Return the front pedestrian gate key to the key safe
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Our host Anna was great and the best part for us was the location, no road between the property and the beach in a quiet suburb.

Property was lovely, great location right on the beach. Communication with the property manager was great through a couple of hiccups. Great for an extended family. Kitchen well equipped. Might suggest additional seating in the family/TV room.

Family holiday

Great location and size of property, enough room for everyone without feeling like you are on top of each other. Great amenities, bbq, bathroom for each couple and pool. Walk out the gate to the beach. Couldn’t fault the property. Only one thing, maybe a bread knife could be provided but otherwise the property was lovely and would highly recommend.
