Die geräumige 150qm Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 13 Personen und befindet sich in Bad Kötzting in der Nähe von Deggendorf. Die Wohnung verfügt im Erdgeschoss über einen großen Fernsehraum mit Sat-TV, Sitzgelegenheiten und Couchgarnitur, eine große voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen und Mikrowelle, ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Essplatz sowie ein Badezimmer mit einem WC und zwei Duschen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich neben einer kleinen Küche und zwei Bädern 6 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt drei Doppelbetten, sieben Einzelbetten und ein Kinderbett. Ein Frühstücksbuffet ist ab 8 Personen möglich und die Waschmaschine kann auf Anfrage benutzt werden. Des Weiteren sind Terrasse, Liegewiese mit Grillmöglichkeit, Tischtennisplatte und Kicker vorhanden. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen, Handtücher bitte mitbringen!

Wir waren 7 Männer. Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen, 3 Bäder. In der Küche alles da was man für mehrere Personen braucht. Großes Esszimmer mit Bar und gemütlichem Kachelofen. Schöner überdachter Freisitz mit Grill, Feuerschale, Sonnenliegen. Bad Kötzting zu Fuß und mit dem Rad gut erreichbar. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.

- für die Personenzahl sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus- gemütliches Beisammensein draußen oder am riesigen Kamin möglich - sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Bayrischen Wald auf die 12 Tausender, was sogar direkt vom Haus aus möglich ist- leider gab es es die beschriebene Tischtennisplatte nicht mehr

Großartiges Wochenende

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in diesem Haus für ein Wochenende. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie brachten noch zusätzliche Liegen und Auflagen. Das Objekt war sauber und die Betten bezogen. In der Küche war alles vorzufinden, was man benötigt. Für warme Tage ist ein extra Getränkekühlschrank vorhanden. Bad Kötzting ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Ältere Einrichtung, aber völlig ok. Viel Platz, wunderschöner Garten, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, grosszügig ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Große, urige und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und bietet trotzdem einen super Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Aldi/Rewe) sind nur 2-3 Autominuten entfernt. Waren 3 Paare und 3 Kleinkinder und kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Bayrischen Wald zu erkunden

Wir waren mit 10 Personen im Alter von 1 -86 Jahren angereist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses wurde allen gerecht. Gemütlich, praktisch und überlegt sind die Räumlichkeiten eingerichtet. Wer eine Luxussuite erwartet wird natürlich enttäuscht sein, aber so wird sie ja auch nicht angeboten. Für alle die ihren Tag selbst gestalten und mobil sind ist das Ferienhaus ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die nahgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vollkommend ausreichend um die Verpflegung sicherzustellen. Für die Nutzung von Kamin und Feuerschale war alles bereits vorhanden. Die Tischtennisplatte, der Fußballkicker und die Schaukeln wurden intensiv genutzt. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren auf Motorradtour im Ferienhaus Kammern. Das Haus war für uns optimal. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich. Es ist ein altes Haus, aber uns hat's gereicht.

Sehr nette Vermieter, haben sich total auf unsere Wünsche bezgl. Anreise- und Abreisezeiten angepasst. Hauseinrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber das stört überhaupt nicht! Schöner Garten mit Sonnenliegen und innen Bar + Riesentisch - perfekt für Gruppen - wir waren nur 7Personen aber auch mit maximal Belegung wäre das super gegangen un man hätte genug Platz gehabt. Küche komplett ausgestattet, da hat gar nix gefehlt. Als Gruppe gerne wieder!!

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist sehr groß. Die Ausstattung hat alles, was man braucht. Der riesige Kachelofen sorgt für Athmosphäre. Leider gibt es einige Schwächen. Die Vorhänge, Scheiben etc. sind sicherlicht jahrelang nicht gewaschen/geputzt worden. Die weißen Putzwände innen haben schwarzen Dreck drauf. Das Inventar der Küche mussten wir vor Nutzung erst einmal abwaschen. In den Duschen sind Stockflecken. Alles in allem macht das Haus einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
