A peaceful refuge on 11 acres with private swimming hole!

Located in Corinth VT this special place, called DAWAFields, is close to Bradford and Thetford, and just minutes from exit 16 on interstate 95. Rolling hills and the South branch of the Waits river boarding the property make it a great place to play outside, paint in the fresh air, have a family reunion, and restore yourself in nature.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals including a stocked spice cabinet, dishes for 20, large subzero fridge, and dishwasher. Large capacity washer/dryer. Internet and Wifi. All rooms are fully furnished with many antiques, bedding, and new comfortable mattresses. Living room, dining room, and extra large "connecting" room for game time, movies, or yoga. Board games, cards, books are provided. Bedroom off of the kitchen has its own half bathroom and makes a great space for a nanny, chef, or someone in need of ADA accommodation.
A private swimming hole means you never have to leave home to have a little dip

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all garage is in kitchen bags and the bag is tied tight ready to be brought to the town dump. We do not have road side pick up in Corinth so please be mindful to minimize waste.
Your personal lockbox code will be 5*O# Make sure to press the “clear” re-set button if you are having trouble with the code. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
Please be mindful of our spring feed well and minimize frequency and amount of water used to insure adequate water presser and supply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The barn, and all its contents, are STRICTLY OFF LIMITS. No use of tools or machinery. Owner not liable for any accidents if rule is not followed.
Fires only in the designated fire-pit area. No Candles or open flame of any kind in house, barn, or fields. No smoking anywhere on property.
No stays longer than 28 days. Guest agrees to vacate on time. Will not claim address as permanent or temporary address at any time or in any manner.
