Private Estate on Apalachicola Bay with a stunning private beach and pool that often overlooks dramatic sunsets. An over 3,200 SF home w/ game room that can sleep 16 guests with 2,000 SF lanai w/ an outdoor dining area and plenty of seating for conversation, entertaining, and soaking up the sun. A swimming pool waiver must be completed prior to occupancy. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $350/week or $50/day. The house has a master bedroom - king bed; bedroom 2 - queen bed; bedroom 3 - twin over twin bunk and a full over full bunk; bedroom 4 - double bed; bedroom 5 - California king; and the den has a queen sleeper sofa. Room for everyone!

Beautiful View!

We had nine adults and seven children, ages 2 to 13, and everyone enjoyed Eastpoint on the Bay---especially and pool and game room. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Wow--what a property! Beautifully decorated and furnished, stunning views, amzing private beach and heated pool. By far the best vacation home we have ever rented. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our trip and stay sdo much!

Large family paradise!

Our family of 14 (multi-family) highly enjoyed all the space for us to enjoy in this house and the property it’s on. Each room was filled with conversations and centralized around the amazing open kitchen, our into the pool deck, and the side porch swings. The location was wonderful and private. Sunset views were top notch while the kiddos played down in the waterfront and kayaked around the area. The town of EastPoint and St.George made for great daytime excursions with a ton of local vibes rather than commercialism. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect for Family

This was 100% perfect for our annual family beach vacation. Our kiddos range from age 3 to 22 plus the parents and grandparents. Everyone was happy! The view is amazing, the kayaking, the pool, and the beach outside our back door. The pool table was in use every night. Plenty of space for everyone! Plenty of beach towels, pool toys, goggles and life jackets. The home is fully stocked with condiments and toiletries. It could not have been more perfect. Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and very private. We felt at home and blessed to spend our week together in this lovely environment and the scriptures and kind sayings on the walls topped off the peacefulness.

Amazing Property

The location of this property is excellent and the screeened in pool is amazing!!! We’ve been visiting the “forgotten coast” for 15 years. This homes proximity to stores and St. George Island is perfect. Cape San Blas is also a short trip although sadly the Cape is not what it used to be. Our grandkids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed how warm and inviting the home was. Also, this house being pet friendly is a plus. The cleanliness was a bit off for our stay but it was a minor inconvenience. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back. The second washer and dryer being out of order for our stay was an inconvenience. Everyone had to use the units located in the master bathroom which significantly reduced our privacy for the week. The rest of then amenities worked as advertised and were great! Thank you to the host for allowing our family to use their beautiful home. We had a week that everyone will remember forever. I’m confident your family will too.
