The Achterwasser with its impressive natural diversity is located southwest of Zempin. Storks, wild geese and herons have their kingdom here. Rare sea and osprey hunt in the backwaters for zander and eel.  Especially recommended is the beautiful sunset. Our bright holiday apartment is located in the 2nd OG. and has about 75 m2 of living space. The uniquely divided apartment is tastefully decorated and is quietly located on the lake side of the residence Waldhaus. The natural paradise of Usedom is worth a trip in every season. In the healing sea and forest air you draw new strength for the exhausting everyday life.

Our apartment Ostseezauber is located on the lake side in the 2nd OG the residence Waldhaus directly on Zempins spa promenade. A spacious living experience on uniquely divided 75m2 living space in a beautiful location. The first bedroom has a wardrobe and a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. A built-in safe is available in the closet. All radiators are equipped with an electronic control. It serves comfort and can be operated centrally with a push-button. In the center of the apartment is, framed by the living room and dining area, the very well equipped studio kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. as well as electric stove with oven fridge with freezer toaster, kettle coffee machine dishwasher, hand mixer, salad spinner bath with tub, shower and WC equipped. A hair dryer is also part of the equipment. In the house for a fee washing machine and dryer are available. Please contact the house staff.
